Approved air conditioning repairs were scheduled today for a commercial customer in Palm Springs, California. Multiple Lennox units were in need of repairs. Several units had their crankcase heaters replaced, several fan motors were swapped out. Our technician also installed new motor bearings on unit #5. The technician also found a shorted defective fan relay on #5 that will need to be ordered. After installing all new parts, the technician called into EMS to confirm all systems were operating normally again, with the exception of #5. Will return to complete repairs on #5.
A commercial customer in Palm Springs CA was scheduled for a new air conditioner installation today. Met with crane company onsite, lifted off old unit and place new system on the roof. Completed installation by sealing supply and returns, hooking up all electrical, drain lines. Tested and ran unit after installing, system working well and no issues to report. Permit process to complete.
